Ms Shana, a multi language tour guide is very friendly and smiley. She make sure everyone understand her explanations by translating between Korean, English and Mandarin. This is amazing! This is my first time to book our Arex train tickets and 1-day tour to Nami Island with Headout. Definitely enjoy the easy booking app and receiving instant confirmation.

It's nothing to do with your service nor the guide , the petite french and italy were disappointing for me , and i have a suggestion regarding the drop out location options, for us it would be wonderful if we went back to the pick up location namsan station, you haven't mentioned that on the tour information. Thanks a lot for you service

Our guide, Cherry, from Kstorytour, was helpful and kind. She speaks English and Chinese very well (to the point that I thought she might be Chinese or from TW/HK). We appreciated her advice and recommendations on how to make the most out of each stop. I also appreciated how smoothly she and the company arranged tickets/admission/ferry, and the driver's smooth operation of the bus helped us feel safe. I would definitely recommend this tour again. Thank you, Cherry!

Our trip to the DMZ was truly unforgettable. It was not only exciting, but also deeply fascinating for both me and my mom. As foreigners, we had only ever seen or heard about the division of Korea through television and news reports—but standing there in person, at the very edge of one of the world’s most heavily fortified borders, was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The atmosphere was intense, and the security has definitely become stricter in recent years, which made the visit feel even more real and impactful. Despite the tight regulations, our tour guide, Sadie, was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. Her insights gave us a deeper understanding of the history and ongoing tensions, making the experience even more meaningful.

It was fantastic to learn about Korean history. Hideout was very easy to book tickets online, and great, as Ms. Grace (our tour guide) was friendly and explained everything excellently. I was super happy to see beautiful places such as the DMZ, which says a lot about the tussle between South and North Korea. The other places were amazing to visit. Thank you, Headout and team, special thanks to Ms. Grace for the amazing explanation and for being friendly and treating all of us as her own family. Thank you.

The MDZ tour we took with Katie was a highlight of our stay in South Korea. The day was well organised, really informative, and we got to see into the DMZ and North Korea, bringing home the history, the challenges faced by the south, and the families split apart, along with their hopes for reunification. If you are considering doing it, I'd say it's well worth it to get a real understanding of the war and how the continued repercussions of it affect the country.

The guide was nice and did some jokes but I felt pressured to find the jokes funny. The tour itself was interesting and informative. When we drove to the third tunnel the guide told us that if we have anxieties or heart diseases we are not able to visit the tunnel. It would be great to have these information before you book the ticket. I think the group was a bit big - an info about the size of the group would be great.

Yeoni Jin was a wonderful tour guide. She was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. From start to finish, she clearly communicated what to expect at each stop. At the end of the tour, she even helped ensure everyone had a plan to get to their next destination from the drop-off point. The destinations themselves were fascinating and unforgettable. My favourite part was meeting a defector in-person. Hearing their story was moving and I learned a lot. Overall, the tour was excellent and would recommend to anyone.

I didn't like the guide. Communication with here was awkward communication and her English was not that good. Also, there was nothing to do at the observation building because of fog, but we had to just sit and wait there, doing nothing.
