• Unauthorized video recording, audio recording, and photography are not allowed inside the NANTA Theater.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the N Seoul Tower Observatory.
• Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Accessibility

• Both venues are accessible to wheelchair users, but some restrictions apply:
• At NANTA Theater, wheelchair users must enter via the rear entrance of the UNESCO building, which is stair-free.
• Wheelchair-specific seats at NANTA Theater are A1 and A17 (S seats). Please book S seats for wheelchair and companion seating.
• Electric and larger wheelchairs may not fit due to stairs and size limitations at the theater entrance; manual wheelchairs are available at the theater.
• Wheelchair rentals are available at N Seoul Tower for disabled and elderly patrons free of charge; advance booking is recommended, especially on weekends.
