We had to go to a travel agent for a physical ticket, we struggled to find it. We then ate at the 7th floor restaurant and were told we would get a refund on our ticket because we'd ate at the fine dining restaurant only to be told that because we didnt purchase the ticket directly from the venue no refund would be given. Would not purchase from Headout again. Aside from the ticket problem the experience was great

If I buy the ticket online on your site, it is because I want to avoid other steps. Instead, the one purchased online pee the Seoul Tower was a voucher that had to be converted into a ticket by going through an office who knows where. This is impropriety. We had to buy everything back. Very bad experience, the worst we could expect on vacation. I will also report headout negatively on other review sites, not just yours.

The voucher had only a qrcode which did not allow me to print at the totems. I did not have the barcode and could not print at the agency since it was closed when I arrived at the cable car. As a result, I bought everything again, spending 30 thousand won for two people a/r for the cable car loaded and 56 thousand won to go up the tower. The same thing happened to my traveling companions. We bought everything back. Very bad experience. Refund would be appreciated.

The tower... but don't buy your ticket via this site to save time or a few won: - The voucher must be exchanged at an agency... badly indicated between app and mail. In short, a useless waste of time and, in my case, money, as the agency closed and I had to pay back (obviously without a refund). - The price is only slightly more expensive locally, but much more flexible. I absolutely do not recommend this, it borders on a scam.

We had to pay entry at the door because when we got there the in app ticket said we where suppose to pick up the ticket else where. So a waste of money
