Nuestro viaje a la DMZ fue realmente inolvidable. No sólo fue emocionante, sino también fascinante tanto para mí como para mi madre. Como extranjeros, sólo habíamos visto u oído hablar de la división de Corea a través de la televisión y las noticias, pero estar allí en persona, al borde mismo de una de las fronteras más fortificadas del mundo, fue una experiencia única. El ambiente era intenso, y la seguridad se ha hecho más estricta en los últimos años, lo que hizo que la visita pareciera aún más real e impactante. A pesar de las estrictas normas, nuestra guía, Sadie, fue absolutamente increíble: conocedora, simpática e increíblemente servicial durante todo el viaje. Sus conocimientos nos permitieron comprender mejor la historia y las tensiones actuales, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más significativa.

Garden of Morning Calm is a hidden gem. Our guide JK was so entertaining and really took care of everyone. Nami Island is popular for a reason, though it does get crowded. Loved the rail bike! Pro tip: wear comfy shoes.

Winter lights in the garden were UNREAL. Nami Island was so chill, almost empty. Guide was caring, shared hot packs. Worth the cold.

Took my partner for a birthday surprise, and the whole vibe was perfect. Tons of photo ops on Nami, and the garden was wild with butterflies. Our guide (Shin) had hilarious stories. Bring a hat in July, trust me.

Did the DMZ tour on a random Tuesday. Pretty packed but the guide kept things moving. Tunnel was a workout (tall people beware). Liked the little stories about life at the border. Wish we had more time to ask questions, but overall really glad I went.

Honestly didn’t know what to expect, but this was one of the coolest tours I’ve done. The history is heavy but our guide made it easy to understand. I was surprised by how close you actually get to the border. Tunnel walk was a bit much for my grandma, but she made it! 5 stars.
