• Please note that the sunset cruise departs at 6pm from February to October and at 5pm from November to January. Guests who want to see the sunset from May to September may reserve the 7pm Moonlight Music Cruise.

• Guests on wheelchairs and prams/strollers can access this experience. However, electric wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted on the boat.
• The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show is only available between April and October. It can also be cancelled during these months in case of bad weather.

Parking Info for Jamil Dock

• Enter "Jamsil Han River Park Parking Lot 1" in your GPS to access the area, then proceed to Parking Lot 3.
• Searching for Lot 3 directly won’t work due to route changes from roadworks.
• Parking is limited, especially on weekends. We highly recommend using public transportation.

• Arrive early to allow time for ticket checking and boarding. Late arrivals will be treated as cancellations and will not be refunded.
• Follow all staff instructions and avoid actions that may disturb other passengers. Pregnant women, elderly, and intoxicated passengers are not permitted to board.
• The boarding status may change depending on weather conditions. If the Rainbow Fountain show proceeds, the basic course may be altered.
• You can bring food onboard (no alcohol allowed), but items with strong scents may be restricted.
• Public parking is available at Hangang Park, but it may be crowded on weekends or public holidays. Public transport is recommended.
• Children under 24 months can board for free but must have identification such as a passport.
