I took the dinner music cruise and it was a very pleasant experience. The Banpo Rainbow Fountain is worth the visit. Booking is easy and the questionaire you need to fill out as a foreigner is very well explained. Would recommend it!

Parking Info for Jamil Dock
- Enter "Jamsil Han River Park Parking Lot 1" in your GPS to access the area, then proceed to Parking Lot 3.
- Searching for Lot 3 directly won’t work due to route changes from roadworks.
- Parking is limited, especially on weekends. We highly recommend using public transportation.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 72 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.

I was denied entry because supposedly my booking was cancelled, but I didn't know this because I was never informed of this. In fact, I had received a confirmation email the previous day. The venue customer service representative tried contacting Headout on my behalf to clarify what happened, and I have asked for a full refund, but I still have not heard back anything from Headout. I would not recommend this company.

This experience swifts you from the urban environment of a densely populated area such as Seoul. Yes, it is within the city however the scenary is more picturesque. The river Hans although somewhat poluted, still offers a quick escape at a relatively affordable price. The duration is somewhat shortened compared to what is advertized but it is still a refreshing experience. Fortunately, the weather was quite good. Commuting is easy within Seoul to reach or depart from the sight.

Years ago I lived and taught in Korea. I was just back for a week and felt I had already done most of the tours ... except for this one. Being on a boat with a bar and plenty of room to roam around is always a good idea. I was lucky enough to have perfect October weather and sat on the open, top deck. It was helpful to have the major landmarks pointed out and so nice to experience Seoul from the water. The very clean water. After the cruise, there are many fun waterside restaurants and a beautifulcycling/walking path along the river. I highly recommend.

Since I made the reservation everything was explained in a simple way and the experience is very worthwhile 💕, it was my last activity in Seoul and it was really rewarding to do it. Feeding the seagulls was a unique experience.
