Unflexible staff, too expensive, booked for the wrong period without the possibility to pay the rest. The staff didn't know that one of us is fluent in korean so that WE understand everything they said about us. The Aquarium was really nice, but our mood was not.

The mermaid show was so great. It would be the best if there is an English version. Anyway we love it. 🧜‍♀️ 😍😍😍

It's an amazing aquarium with overhead water tunnels. Lots of information on each species ( not all are fish). A huge amount of creatures to see and admire. One of the manatees was in very good form he put on a great show. A fantastic place to visit esp with kids

The aqaurium was beautiful, but the ticket agent didn't quite know how to handle the voucher. I told the agent it was a voucher, but he asked us to scan the voucher assuming it was the ticket. I had explain to him again it was just a voucher and needed to be exchanged to tickets, he took a while to figure it out how to convert (whereas in Lotte, the agent recognized the voucher right away). Maybe Coex voucher is not as common as Lotte? But all in all, the agent was polite so 4 stars.

Buying tickets is quick and easy, once you get to Seoul Tower you will need to convert them to physical tickets. The view is very beautiful, I recommend going around sunset time

The climb to the N Seoul tower is definitely worth the visit on a clear day. We booked tickets with headout because they were definitely cheaper than other sites and reached the tower by bus. It is really worth " losing " a couple of hours there.

Very straight forward tool to use and cheaper than most other sites.

The Seoul Observatory gives you a perfect view over Seoul. Unfortunally we couldn't use the cablecar because of heavy wind. This made us use the enormous long stairs up to the tower. You have to have a good condition! Later we went up to the upper floor to have a dinner. A very special event, because during the dinner the floor turns one time around. It was expensive but a really special experience!

The tour guide Yuna was excellent, an expert in Korean history and architecture, well versed in the context and knew the answer to every question. She was also excellent at managing the highly diverse group with their different mentalities. This is the way to get to know Korea - thank you! We learned a lot in just 5 hours without it seeming rushed. Always happy to come back!

We went there at sunset with an unobstructed view, it was magnificent!
